What should I bring to my first appointment?
Arrive with a clean face (no makeup if possible). Bring a list of any current skincare products you're using and any medications or supplements. Photos of past flare-ups are useful too.
How long is a consultation?
Initial consultations are 45 minutes — enough time to assess your skin, understand your goals, and build a personalized plan. Follow-ups are usually 30–60 minutes.
Do you accept HMO or insurance?
We accept Maxicare, Medicard, and Intellicare for medical dermatology consultations. Cosmetic treatments and products are paid out of pocket. We also offer 0% installment via BDO and BPI cards (3 / 6 / 12 months).
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Please give us 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a small reservation fee that we apply to your next visit.
Is parking available?
Spark Place has a paid basement parking. Cubao MRT Station and Araneta Center are 5 minutes by foot, and we're well served by Grab.
