How we started
Loro Derm Clinic was born from a simple belief: everyone deserves access to expert skincare that's both effective and gentle. Our founder, Dr. Raven Santos, spent years in clinical dermatology before realizing that many people struggled to find personalized care that truly understood Filipino skin.
In 2014, she opened the doors of our Cubao clinic with a mission to bridge the gap between medical expertise and compassionate, individualized treatment. What started as a small practice has grown into a trusted destination for Filipinos seeking real solutions to their skin concerns.

After earning her medical degree from the University of the Philippines College of Medicine and completing her dermatology residency at the Philippine General Hospital, Dr. Santos developed a deep understanding of tropical dermatology and the resilience of Filipino skin.
With over a decade of experience spanning both clinical and cosmetic dermatology, she has guided thousands of Filipinos through complex skin conditions — from cystic acne to melasma to age-related concerns — by combining clinical rigor with a calm, listening-first approach.
Dr. Santos founded Loro Derm Clinic with a clear vision: a sanctuary where clinical excellence meets cosmetic innovation, and where evidence-based dermatology is accessible without losing the warmth of personal care.
